JOOLCA UK LIMITED provides educational content and practical learning materials related to outdoor travel gear, camping essentials, and trip preparation. This includes, for example, articles and guides in the Learning Resources area, educational overviews in Equipment Insights, and course-style content in the Courses section. Our goal is to help users understand concepts such as shelter and sleep systems, portable cooking workflows, water storage and filtration fundamentals, and travel organisation methods.

The Site does not provide professional certification, does not replace manufacturer instructions, and does not provide emergency services. Outdoor conditions and regulations can vary widely. To the extent that liability cannot be excluded, our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be limited to the lower of (a) the amount you paid to us in the previous 12 months for the applicable service (if any), or (b) 100 EUR.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
